How does it work?
First, Choose a box Par Box-3 items Birdie Box-4 items Eagle Box-5 items Second, Select your sizes While adding your box to the cart, please fill out the correct sizes for shirts, pants, and gloves. It really is that simple! Our personal "caddies" will take of everything else so you can spend more time on the course
When will my box ship?
All subscription box orders (SBO) placed before the 20th of the present month will ship on the 25th of each month (depending on monthly or quarterly subscription type) and all SBOs placed after the 20th of the month will ship on the 25th of the following month. Any apparel and/or accessories orded with a SBO will be packaged with the SBO and subject to the above shipping policy unless you contract us to request apparel and/or accessories to be shipped before and independently of the SBO. Apparel and/or accessories ordered independently of a SBO shall ship as soon as possible. Please plan accordingly for gifts!
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our orders are sent through the USPS or UPS. For all orders, you can find the tracking order from your confirmation email, your order history, or when you get an email notifying you that the item has shipped.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all of North America, UK (+Ireland/Scotland), Europe, Mexico, Central and South America
What are your shipping rates?
All U.S. orders will vary depending on if you qualify for free shipping. If not, all orders are charged an $8.99 shipping fee for the USA. Other regions will be automatically calculated at checkout and will be visible then.
How do returns and refunds works?
We understand we are not perfect. If you do not like our boxes we are more than happy to refund your box. Reach out and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for return. This label will be deducted from your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I change my subscription?
Yes, generally you may log in to your Account via the menu at the top. If you require help, we are surely here to help and can help you achieve your desired changes simply by emailing us! Feel free to change, pause, cancel, modify your subscription at any time, whatever is convenient for you! You can change to a one-time purchase, monthly or quarterly shipments and many other things.
